If yours doesn't auto turn off than you have an amazing soundbar, 60 WATT seems to be a great output. This is a Goodmans soundbar, not a high end one and if you want hi-fi or a full cinema experience, you need to set your sights higher. Whereas my old sound bar sounded sort of OK in all circumstances, this one can make voices sound a bit "boxy" sometimes but music can sound quite good and it's picking up little details in the sound that weren't there with my old bar.
