Hey yo! I dig when they pull stuff into the lineup that's super zany. Things I probably wouldn't but normally. And this one is definitely up there. Tahini base for the creaminess works well. There's a ton of dill in it, which is aces with me. Super mild though. Not really any heat to speak of. But still: tasty. Will definitely be putting this on some wings in the near future.We love all the Los Calientes sauces. We probably re-up the trio every other month -- everyone in the house loves them. Verde makes me long for a really good Mission-style burrito. A steak burrito. As big as your forearm. And slathered in this sauce. OMG. When is my next trip to SF? Suddenly not soon enough. If you buy only one sauce, any of the Los Calientes bottles are the ones to buy IMHO. Even more crazy is the lad sat at the table next to me, he did the whole thing without a drink…mad - and to celebrate one contestant is even getting a chili tattoo. They still aren't talking about it's SHU rating. A mlllion? More? Whatever. Doesn't matter. It's still unfathomably hot. Though, three seasons in and I can now eat this without crying.
